    I havent used shopback before and it clearly states 4pm-12am (not 4-10pm my bad) on the promotions, I was just worried if I order now they wont honour the cashback because its not within the stated period.

      It is just for some brands, that cashback starts at 4pm. For pizza hut it is all day.

        yes, I did that with my husband's new account. I had already linked our WP CC, so had to open a transaction account for him so he could link to his SB account. Has been a godsend to be able to use two accounts now. Double the fun hahaha. That is all we use his transaction account for with WP. I just make sure at least $2000 is transferred in and out per month so no account keeping fees

    anybody have recommendations for Pizza Hut pasta choices? Which ones were good, which ones bad? I have ordered 2 of the $9.95 lasagne but that is for a Friday pick up, so won't know until then what they are like. (someone said they were good?) Wasn't sure about the other pasta dishes, as I think some others had said not so good. I liked the poppers last time I got them, so I got some more this time in a 10 pack

      poppers are the best thing on the menu IMO, the pastas were all pretty meh, ends up being very dry and the pasta is always hard along the corners and top

        usually after you pick up or order theres a banner thing where it says 'tell us how we did and receive a free medium cheese lovers with any large purchase', it does say up to 24 hours to be emailed, but i never got one so i dont know how long it takes ahha. thought someone might have an old one hanging around

      Hey mate, yeah the discount is auto-applied, which won't interact with Cashback (applies to all our merchants) plus the discount that was applied was mentioned on our website in the "deals" section of Sephora's page.

    cant see the pizza hut promo being per transaction. they would have to pay out atleast $30 per member( assuming min 3 orders ) - that's running into the $1,000's in payouts. orders will track but its no guarantee that they will honour more than one transaction. Happy for it be wrong but with no word from the SB rep confirming per transaction - thats the risk some might be willing to take.

      I played it safe, 1 order with SB, and 1 highest cashback guarantee matched with TCB.
      Pizza hut is just not worth anything more than what is payed during these offers.

      people would be arguing on a technicality, as it does say per user on the banner, but not on the PH info page. But its fairly obvious that its 1/user and people want to take the opportunity on that. Me, I think its time to refer my family to Shopback instead, get way more money ahhaha

    Just confirmed via Shopback chat, it is PER TRANSACTION not per account.
    Make as many transactions as you want all will be paid out.
    I have saved the chat just in case, feel free to chat with them yourselves to confirm.

      Hey, just wondering if you have a copy of that Chat about them confirming it is per transaction? GYB finally got back to me the other day and said it was per user. I told him about all the confusion here because of the per user not showing in the main page of info only in small print on the banner…..I took a screen shot of it all, and this would also help if you had a copy of the chat to back up our story. He said PH will reject all the extra cashback for extra orders, but he/shopback will payout as a gesture of goodwill if we can show that there was reason to be confused. I am trying to find out how to send the screenshot. I can't seem to add it in a DM, so need the email to send to Shopback

          thanks, they ended up paying out all of our cashbacks, so, I didn't need it (luckily) After all the confusion they (Pizza Hut) must have just decided to let them go for anyone that did more than one purchase that day.

    @gotyourback - very stressed. I made many orders for family and myself. Live chat said it's per transaction. But after I made double digit orders, i have them all tracked. Shopback finally says ($10 capped per user) it was not there before. Livechat is saying it was always there when it wasn't. I'm stressed as this money would not have been spent otherwise. I always think it should be more clear or in t&cs. We shouldn't have to wait for an update after or to clarify..

    Thanks for waiting, I have just received an update, on all of the transactions that you made earlier, you will be receiving the Cashback accordingly.
    Since you have made the purchase. It will be tracked accordingly
    for upcoming purchase it will be tracked per use

        It looks it it was per transaction but they updated it now to say per user.

        So if you do multiple transactions since the update, only one will track.

        If you made multiple before it should all track

      Looking at the cashback info tab at Shopback it appears to be all purchases.
      Normal exclusions, payed with giftcard, probably buying giftcards to if they are available.

          No mention so I would pressume per transaction, the westpac 10% bonus does mention redeemable once but that is a seperate thing.
