Don't waist your money. Ask any YouTuber and the dji is far superior.
Which DJi? I have the 3 coming from a GoPro 10 and I think the quality is less.
But the dji actually works reliably and doesn't overheat

Basic GoPro is cheaper if u pricebeat video pro at officeworks. Some of the older GoPro models can be pricebeat easily too if u hunt around.

Can anyone confirm if the enduro batteries for the Hero 9-11 will still work with the 12? The description in that Camera House listing for the 2x enduro batteries and dual battery charger only lists the 9-11 and doesn't mention the 12.
I think they just haven't updated the listing for the 12, the 10 had the old blue batteries, with the 11 they introduced the Enduro batteries, but I'm confident the Enduro can be used in the 10, 11, and 12, I'm not too sure about the 9 though… :

Yeh, these are cheaper deals than recent years with the 10 & 11 I think…
I have a 10 that's had a lot of use but still in basically new looking condition, it shouldn't be hard to sell that so I can upgrade again for very little money… I have no complaints with the 10 but it would be nice to upgrade to the better battery life and such, plus to flip the 10 while it's still worth reasonable money…
I think I'll grab a 12 from TGG $487 C&C, claim the GST back at the port next weekend as I leave the country, so that will bring the price down to like $440.. (I think the tax invoices are usually the full price, not the discounted code price)

Great price for the camera! The accessory bundle in this deal is arguably better if you'll get value from the extra battery, Handler, Head Strap 2.0 and carrying case given it's $580 so only $93 more.
The only issue is Gopro are a nightmare to deal with for support, warranty, and returns, a US company, shipping out of Singapore… Even with a DOA camera, or missing parts from new, Gopro will do their best to ignore you…
I'd happily pay a little more for a local ACL warranty…
Any reasonable person would expect a camera like this to last at least a couple of years, so if you buy from The Good Guys or the likes and it fails 18 months later, you can wander back into the store and they'll most likely replace it for you… (I got them to replace my Hero 8 which was playing up over 12 months after purchase, they also gave me concierge membership for my troubles)..
For what its worth I reached out to customer support at CameraHouse regarding issues/replacements/repairs etc. and this is what they replied with:
