      Smartphone batteries are rated for 500 cycles before reaching 80% capacity, which usually drops off a cliff towards the end.

      You're telling me your refurbished phones "typically" have ~400 cycles on the battery (= 1.5-2 years of usage), and there's a chance some may have even more.

      These aren't "refurbished" phones, these are USED phones, plain and simple.
