    A new customer is defined by NordVPN, and nothing to do with your Cashrewards account. Simply use a new email address at their end, the same Cashrewards account as always, and you're good to go.

    Click 'Shop Now' or 'Shop Offer' and buy - don't click away to other sites looking for codes and don't use any 3rd party plugins. Best to use the Cashrewards mobile app on 4G/5G as this eliminates potential issues with WiFi/router firewalls etc. Tracking for NordVPN typically takes 1-4 hours.

    All plans (discounted or not, excluding upsold products) are eligible for the increased cashback (2-year, 1-year, monthly). Remove up-sold products such as NordPass & NordLocker as they are ineligible for cashback. So unless you really need or want the extras, best option (IMHO) is to simply choose one of the Standard plans and not Plus or Complete.

    A tip from comments in previous posts is to select a country with no GST to save further at checkout as GST is ineligible for cashback. Pay with a card that does not charge overseas transaction fees.

    I got the same deal from Cashrewards and that NordVpn account expiring in 20 days.

    I know I need a new account to get the cashback but is it better to use the Shopback deal so they track back to the same account and reject my cash back?

      Pretty sure “new user” is a nordvpn new user not cr. I would check with cr rep or the terms and conditions

    Btw if you are taking up this deal, PLEASE REMEMBER TO 'TURN - OFF' AUTO SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL as soon as you log into your new account.

    Dont be a mug like myself as i purchased a similar deal less than 2yrs ago as a gift for a family member (and due to lag of gifting/setting up/cashback etc i didnt do the above step immediately).

    They also auto bill 2 weeks before your sub ends to predatory catch you out, also i received a total of 2 emails from them in 2yrs so easy to get lost in spam.

    They also changed the renewed sub from 2y to 1yr, which is the worst value to money ratio.

    Dont get burned ppl!

    Can someone explain to me the business case for these 100% or near rebate products? Is it just straight up loss leading? I.e. We have the spare capacity, it's not being used. Let's get some customers in, for free essentially. Hopefully after the first year or two they hang after the free period has expired. If they don't hang around we didn't lose anything anyway due to spare capacity.
