Other license plans & license upgrades are also on sale but this is the best one, EX is on sale at 40% off but it had been 50% off before so not quite as good a deal.

  I bought EX around this time last year, which came with an upgrade to ver 2.0.
  Unfortunately, it looks like there are no upgrade deals to get to version 3 from what I can see, only a subscription style "update pass" for $42 which expires after a year.

    3.0 is not coming until March next year so that's probably why there is no upgrade package for it yet.
