Was $9.99, then discounted to $6.99, and now has a 30% off coupon that brings it down to $4.89

I bought one of these at $9.99 and was going to grab another and saw the deal. The cable seems decent, and it and other Aftertop products appear to be from the same OEM as many of the similar cables / chargers here.

My FNB58 shoes the eMarker as supporting 20V, 5A. The cable resistance tests at a similar level to other quality cables I have of similar length. I connected it to my load tester and pulled 100W through it for an extended period with no issue, or noticeable hot spots.

Data transmission at up to 10Gbps works well, but I don't have anything on hand to test faster than that.

The included USB-C to USB-A adapter appears to be good quality and plugs in and out of ports and cables easily, but is not too tight or loose. The cable itself also appears to be excellent - though as expected for a 2M 100W cable, it is quite stiff.

3.5/5 stars on Amazon, but only 4 ratings, 3 reviews. I can't replicate the charging port issue one reviewer has, but I don't have a Samsung phone. One says does not fast charge, but the the cable tests as supporting up to 100W 5A. The other review confirms 20Gbps works.

All in all, a bargain IMO for $4.89.

IMO the reviews are not very accurate, and I could not replicate the issues during my testing.

      4 ratings total, 3 reviews.

5 Star - For less than $10 this is a great price for a cable that works at the 20gigabit as advertised

1 Star - Product appears to be well made, but at least half the time when it's plugged into my phone, the phone immediately gives an error message and warning signal to the effect that there is a foreign substance in the charging port, and to remove the cable immediately. I bought two of these cables, and it happens with both of them and none of my other cables so I don't think it's my phone that's at fault.

5 Star - The cable is great but does not work on usb3 on the computer but is ok on usb2. Does not fast charge but that is ok

From my testing. No issues with charging a Pixel 7 Pro or 8 Pro. No Samsung to test. Cable definitely does at least 10Gbps - tested with an external drive, and currently running a USB-C monitor.

I suppose I should add my review to Amazon…
