Got a price match v Bing Lee a few months back… but took a couple locations. First wouldn’t recognise it as a genuine competitor.

Where can you get 1 camera for cheap? I got the whole setup just need one to see the rear end of the garden where the neighbours 3 cats keeps jumps in and trying to get my fish. Spoken to him and he said unless you have proof don't talk to me…..errrr

    • Clearance stock and no stock anywhere that I can see, but maybe worth giving the Good Guys a call and see if there's any stock or they can deliver eufy T81111D2 1080p.. Otherwise, there's plenty of cheap outdoor cameras that you can add a microSD card to (eg whatever the new version of Reolink RLC-511W is)

      • Prefer the same brand as it never gave me any problems. But will check it out thanks

      • Looks good for the price, thanks

    • jump and get his cat - he will need proof that you have his cat

  • Nice price, but I went with the Reolink ecosystem and I’m very happy.

  • Nice deal, but I’d get the 2k resolution on these units just personal preference.

  • No real customer support in Australia for eufy.. if product get faulty after 1 year u are doomed.

    • then it will be time to use credit card's extended warranty.

      • How to claim that..? Plz shed some light

        • You might want to try ACL first, as you can argue that the camera should last more than one year, for credit card 's extended warranty, it would depending on which card, usually there's a number for you to call and make a claim, then they will try to repair it, if can't be fix, they will refund you.

    • From my experience, it's been the complete opposite. Had a replacement in less than a week with no hassles and very accommodating support.

      • which team u reach out… Eufy or Ankeer.. Eufy responded quickly but diverted me to below local distributer whom warranty team dont attend call. tried twice.

        Directed Australia Pty. Ltd.
Address:115-119 Link Road, Melbourne Airport, 3045, Victoria, Australia.
        Tel:(AU)+61 (03) 83314800 Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00(AEST)

        • Eufy support online, submitted the form and they happily provided a replacement part and shipped it next day.

      • I've had similar good support. Received a refurb set with dead power supply. They sent another power supply within a week

  • Dammit… just spent $500 at Supercheap with TCN giftcards. Could have saved $30 and a whole lot of mess around! Nice first post OP

  • my local bunnings refuses to pricebeat amazon.com.au even!

  • Or better yet, just buy a refurb for $365 that look practically brand new:
    https://myeufy.com.au/refurbished-eufy-cam-2c-wire-free-full…

    • Grade c will not look brand new.

      • As someone who bought one - I can say that it does.

        • They might out of stock for the grade c, so they upgrade for you.
“ This product is refurbished - C Grade, which has heavy blemishes and markings. Limited stock.”

          • @Richardc: The same has been said countless times over and over in various eufy threads mate. It's what convinced me to give it a go. You'll note I said "practically" brand new - they were clearly not virgin but they were essentially physically flawless.
