  • That's a great price.

  • Is this the lowest of 75C845?
Does Bing Lee have any X days price protection policy?

    • Looks like it, cashback is an extra bonus

  • +5

Been eyeing one of these all weekend. This is definately the best deal I've seen. Purchased and cashrewards tracked instantly. Thanks OP

  • Any way to get them to ship to SA? :(

  • +3

    No delivery to WA

  • What is the best way to use Cashrewards, through app or browser?

    • I use it through mobile browser on android, no issues so far. I think the key is just not to have anything in the cart before hand.

      • Ok thanks. Using on iPhone browser and keep getting the “Activate now” pop up.

  • +5

Was going to wait for the new models, but no brainer at this price. Thanks op.

    (profanity)

  • Is the TCL C745 Series 98" QLED Gaming Smart TV 98C745 for $3589.20 an awesome deal? I don't know much about the unit.

  • -1

Seems same pricing in major retailers in Perth

  • +3

This looks an awesome deal, shame that the Mrs and family don’t consider any brand other than LG, Sony and Samsung as quality TV’s.

They will instantly see TCL and think it’s a cheap quality TV. Sad really, it must be an Asian judgement thing.

    • +1

Wait so TCL is not an asian brand?

      • Exactly 🤣 I personally don’t get it.

      • +8

Think he means his family judges brands because his family is Asian not that the brands are Asian brands.

      • +3

        Similar story with Haval imo.

        • +1

MG, LDV and BYD included in that too lol

          • +2

@Baxter2692: I heard MG and possibly others aren't very good though, while Haval is actually pretty decent these days.

            • +1

@TEER3X: Yeah I’ve heard horror stories of some issues not being fixed for months on end. Parts not being available to order etc

Personally wouldn’t risk it on the road. Toyota all day everyday lol

              • +1

@Baxter2692: You pay the Toyota tax here though, but yes most reliable cars for sure.

    • +6

who cares! it's your money and not their family money!
      Unless…it is theirs… :p

    • +2

      Nothing a rebadge can't fix…

    • +1

My wife (indian) is exactly the same
She said she would be happy to pay twice as much for a Sony/lg/Samsung

    • Remember, you wear the strides.

  • Great deal right there.

  • Is it still valid for you guys? For me it's showing $1845

    What am I doing wrong?

    • +1

Add to cart, discount will apply automatically

  • OOS?

    • +1

I can still add to cart

How can Bing Lee afford to jusr ignore the substantial WA market ? Up u BL !

    • Cost mainly

    • +3

How can Bing Lee afford to just ignore the substantial FNQ market? That's it, I'm calling the prime minister!

  • I can't decide between

    TCL 75C845
    Hisense 75U7KAU

I've watched some comparison between and doesn't seem to have any big difference? Could you that understand better give a hand here?

    Thank you!!!

    • +3

One review I read said that the TCL c845 bests even the u8, so that should make your decision very easy.

      • So I'll get the C845. I have never used a soundbar, do you guys think it really worth? What do you think about this?
        https://www.binglee.com.au/products/tcl-3-1-2-ch-dolby-atmos…
Is Dolby Atmos in a soundbar really real?
Or I should save some, and get a 3.1 Soundbar?

Just waiting for decide about the soundbar to close the deal

        Thank you guys!

        • Atmos is a must

        • +1

As far as tv speakers go the c845 is pretty decent.

If you have room, go for an amp and floor standing speakers, however a sound bar is easier.

If you're rushing to get a deal before black friday finishes, Christmas / boxing day sales are in 4 and half weeks.

          • +2

            @teereb: Exactly.

I just bought the TV now. I'll wait until Christmas to buy the Soundbar. I'll try to listen to a Dolby Atmos soundbar before.

            Thank you!

        • +1

          FWIW - I just got the 65" TCL C845

If you are upgrading from a cheap TV without a soundbar, I would hold off on the soundbar for now and see how the TV goes by itself. The C845 has a built-in sub which is obviously not as good as a dedicated soundbar but is actually a noticable improvement from the cheap TV I was previously using.

          • @Dyson8r: I did exactly what you suggested. I kind like the TV sound, for a TV of course. I'll hold the Soundbar for now. Thank you!

    • +2

C845 is more comparable to u8kau. The u7kau is less bright, less dimming zones than the u8. So if the u7 and c845 are the same price the TCL would be the no brainer

  • +1

Just bought the 65 this morning so you can all thank me 🤣

    • why? don't get it…

      • +1

I would have bought the 75 at this price, everything I buy dips within 24hrs!

        • +5

Lol, next time you are planning in getting iphone 15, please let me know and I’ll monitor it’s price 24hr afterwards

  • +1

Can someone recommend a good tv mount for the 75"?

    • I love my floor stand that I got off Amazon. I think they can do up to 85”. They’re a bit fugly though.

    • Selby has good stuff

    • For a freestanding mount this works well for my 85" so should be fine for 75":

      https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B01CORQRX0

    • I should have specified wall mount lol

  • +3

Great deal! 10% off and then stack with cashrewards 8% back. Picked up the 85” for $2226 delivered and Cashrewards tracked it straight away. Before this I had all but given up on scoring a deal during these sales.

  • +1

Bought TCL 75inch (living room) and 98inch TVs (media). Which wall mount do you guys recommend for these TVs?
How much installation could cost for these (if both done at same time)?

  • +1

Amazing deal OP. Been looking to buy a 75C845 for a week and after seeing lacklustre deals without TCN gift cards, almost bought it through EPP for same price as Videopro this afternoon. Cancelled it and bought from Binglee. Thanks again!

    • Same I was hopeful in getting those tcn cards, no fkn chance.

  • Bought. Guys, Never used Cashrewards. How can I check if I got the cashback?

    Thank you

    • +1

Did you shop via the cashrewards link above first? If so you should get an email confirming that the cashback has tracked.

      • Yeah, used the link above. But haven't arrived any email yet. Sometimes can take a bit long?

        • +1

I haven't personally bought the tv but based on the comments here, it tracked pretty much instantly. Go to your cashrewards account and check if it tracked.

          • @crazynic: I have to look in Click History?
IT's there, the Bing Lee website. But nothing more.

Maybe I did something wrong. I don't know how to cancel the order and try again. The order isn't showing in the Bing Lee dashboard yet. They already debited the money from my account hehehe.

            • +1

@rikawa: Click on 'My rewards' and it should be there if it tracked.Unfortunately I dont think that you can cancel and reorder.

              • +1

@crazynic: There is nothing there :(

I will wait until tomorrow to see.

In last case, I'll try to claim.

                Thank you for your help.

                • @rikawa: Did you have any luck with the Cashback ?
Mine hasn't come through and I am worried

                  • @varunbabu008: Nothing here too. I will just wait for them ship the TV and make a claim.

                  • @varunbabu008: Just an update. I made a Claim, and now the cashback is showing as pending, with an estimate approval in 1/3/20204. 74 days.

      • Same issue for me. Nothing tracked immediately. I can see Bing Lee in in my click history though.
Will emailing cashrewards team with the receipt help ?

        • Yes click on missing claim and submit a claim. You might have to wait a few days before being to do it though.

          • @crazynic: Ta. I just reported a missing CB of 132 and attached the pdf of invoice. Hope it comes through

            • @varunbabu008: Just one thing. I think the CB doesn't consider the GST, in this case should be Sale Value 1509.55 and CB 120.76

  • C845 seems to have floating bass at the back. It is good idea to not wall mount it for better sound effects ?

    • +1

Use dedicated speakers, problem solved ;)

  • thanks, bought

  • Thanks mate! I finally bit the bullet and got myself one. Had been town between the c845 or Sony xr90L. I've always owned Sony TV's because of always buying them for a playstation and brand loyalty blah blah but I've seen decent things about the c845 on all my reviews research so at this price it's worth the gamble. With the cashrewards refer a friend (referred the missus and purchased the wall mount on her account) we'll get $200 cash back on this purchase :)

    • No worries enjoy it :)

    • Which wall mount, the one on Bing lee?

      • Nah I just went with the Amazon Basics to suit up to 86 inch and 68kg was under $60 with pretty solid reviews.

  • Sorry to say. But can't price match it at JB-Hi for QLD? 🥹

  • I was able to order the 85" c845 to a Queensland address. I had to choose a work address, but it looks like some suburbs are working.

I will now have to try to get AO to match that price incl cash rewards (very unlikely) or cancel my previous order.

    • My GC address worked fine.

  • +1

Got the 85 c845 today at JB using TCN
Worked out to be $2284 delivered. However expected delivery is now 28th Dec

    • I got it at JB as well.. Spewing this came up now! I thought I did well! I'm getting mine on Thursday though

      • +1

        I'm hopping the date changes.

    • +1

Got the 85" today as well, had some old and some new vouchers, and ended up around $2400. Am in WA so am trying not to feel miffed I didn't get this deal haha

      • +1

If we didn't bite the bullet we may of missed out altogether. What's you expected delivery date?

        • +1

Website said Dec 11, so I knew I was in for a couple weeks.

I bit the bullet now because why not, can't see it getting much cheaper for boxing sales, then end of life sales next are March April time, then it's waiting for the sales to come up and hoping there's stock around. As well as ignoring the new models, but the 845 2000 nits brightness, 144vrr, color accuracy / Dolby vision hdr10+. Ticks all the right boxes for me.

          • +1

@teereb: I agree in regard to waiting for sales etc, before I ordered the website said 13 Dec but after I paid it changed to the 28th.

  • This TCL C845 or SAMSUNG 75" Q70C QLED 4K SMART TV (2023) QA75Q70CAWXXY from Bing Lee ?

    • C845, not even close

      • You mean c845 is better than the Samsung one ?
