If you used multiple Amex cards you'll be on their list of professionals and thus banned.

Raised it with CBA, they say nothing is wrong with the card (not blocked) and points the finger at the merchant. Raised it with Special, they say nothing wrong with merchant side and check with your bank. LOL…. Looks like they didn't want me to patronize, will keep my money and move on.
you have to turn intl instore purchase on in your CBA card setting

It's a bit of extra work but it was straight forward like this:
1. Buy $150 Special Gift Card with CBA card.
2. Choose a pin via the Special Gift Card website.
3. Add Special Gift Card details to Google Wallet.
4. Buy $150 Wish gift card in store at Woolies using Card payment (Not gift card) and chosen PIN.
