    I got the email that orders will be cancelled, but they haven't yet. Still showing as preparing order. I hope I still get my bluey Christmas pjs

    I and my mate..both received email for blender:

    Yesterday, Monday 4th December we identified a technical issue with some products we haven't stocked for some time briefly showing on the website. This issue was resolved promptly and we are refunding orders for those items. Your order #<> has unfortunately been impacted.
    We are working hard to process your refund as quickly as possible, so please keep an eye out for another notification if not received already.
    We know this is a busy time for our customers and apologise for the inconvenience.

    I've also received the email from Kmart this morning, interestingly however I've also just received a notification from Aus Post that my Package from Kmart is "Ready for Processing"

      Did you just order a blender?

      • Apparently the order was partially shipped. The item that shipped was the 1 x Licensed Puzzle - Assorted for $2.00

    Technical issue! What a load of crap! I will be sending them an email asking for a similar item at the same price. They accepted the order and payment so should honour the purchase.

      Come off it, we all had a crack at what was obviously a price error, occasionally they get honoured out of good will, or by accident when employees don't getvthe head office memo. But we aren't entitled to anything other than a timely refund..

    • Why email which they can just hit delete? Why not step it up and walk into their HQ and make your demands? They won’t be able to ignore that!

    This platform is great and has been here for long but
    sometime i have a feeling that there are so many $2 bargain hunters scavenging here…
    when i commented that though it is price error it is not good practice for any business,many people giving a negative sign (as if they have been told they will get the $2 discount if they hit that - button lol)
    It wasted my time they had even automatically included me in their mailing list (which i subscribed) and it was not pleasant, if you are not I donot have anything to say, just a personal preference and right; there is no need to -

      This is like your third time commenting. I think you're taking this a little too seriously… It's obviously a price error so chances of it being cancelled are high and guess what? You can unsubscribe :o

        I do not need that thing.

        I was just trying to make an argument/discussion that some day laws will be made which shop owners have to respect consumers and once they confirm the order or take money will have to respect that (in general). This problem is even bigger in airline industry and some big airlines even created ghost tickets due to it because they can just say "we were kidding" and cancel it anytime lol
        There was no need to - or could have been ignored…but $2 bargain hunters don't like the logic..
        you can see in my above comment as well, hence proved. lol.
