  Items with Best offer accepted prices and Auctions are not eligible for Cashback

  So, basically "Buy It Now" listings ?

  What about if you're watching an item,
  and the seller offered you a discounted price,
  then would that purchase be eligible for a cashback ?

    Best offers and auctions have always been excluded as there is no click that can be attributed to the cashback provider.

    Same applies to if you receive a best offer if it's in your watch list.

      That's exactly my situation now.

      Seller offered me 5% discount on a monitor that I'm watching.

      The $20 cashback would help out on my purchase, but it would need to track.

        Ask them to make you a private listing with BUY IT NOW at the price they offered you a discount at. Explain to them they need to do it in next few hours.

  @gotyourback - Sent you a PM. A few of my Black Friday buys didn't track. Had no issue in applying for missing cashback. However, the missed tracking on the cashback means the earn more bonuses didn't apply (and there is no way to ask for help with them missing).

    same here, my ebay purchase during BF not tracking. Have lodged a missing claim. Hoping for a speedy resolution. It's from Westpac lounge, not sure if there's any connection to this. Might message the rep and see how it goes.

    You need to shop via ebay.com.au not another domain. Price will already be displayed in AUD. If paying via PayPal (why I don't know, terrible company, even more than eBay), you can change to the local currency which will give you a better exchange rate.

      Any specific issues regarding cashback on international purchases? Does the cashback track on the AUD paid? Does the cashback cover international postage?

        Cashback isn't eligible for the shipping component if it is charged separately (e.g. not "free shipping" - for both domestic and international purchases.

        Cashback is not eligible on the GST component.

        Other than that, you'll get cashback tracked for the rest
