Yes, it does. Almost all Xbox One peripherals work with the Series X & S.
Negative, Kinect does not.
Yes it works. I'm currently using it with the Series X. It uses RF sensor not Bluetooth.

This is the old remote originally made for the Xbox One. I have one of these and i don't like it. I feel that the buttons are a bit stiff when pressing. Especially the arrow keys round button. I just don't like.
I went and got the 8BitDo Xbox Media Remote through Ebay and it's a much better experience with that one. Superior in every way. It's $60 however.
The original Xbox branded one was good, half the size, backlit also
I feel like I bought that model for about $6 from EB a few months after series X came out.
Was so much more smaller and compact. I still have mine, I have the one listed also but only grab it when I can't find the other one 😂

Curious why you would pay $18 for preowned when brand new is $20. No one has previously placed their grubby hands on it.
Comments above say the genuine remote is the best. The one in OP is aftermarket with mixed reviews. They don't make the original anymore so I just put it there as an option. If I was going to buy a remote I'd get the genuine pre-owned one.
