      You just know it’s going to be 90% comments of people going ‘YEAH WELL I ONLY PAID $420.69 for my s23 ultra 512gb after 10 different code stacks, a newsletter code, a loyalty code, a 10% off first purchase via app code, traded in 2 x aaa eneloops, $420 extra trade in bonus’ so how is whatever deal this is a deal?

          It’s these ridiculous stacks that turn me off buying a Samsung phone. I’d just be too butthurt if I bought it at a decent price only for it to somehow drop 69% more from ATL soon after when someone discovers yet another ridiculous way to drop the price further (and Samsung inexplicably still honoring the orders no problem at all)

        After jb hifi $1400 GC with telstra plan, paying $760 cancellation fee, s23U 512gb price match with bing lee, then further price refund difference with sammy education store, using x1 jb $10 perks code, paying difference of phone with 10% discounted coles mastercard, paying telstra cancellation fee with 10% discounted coles mastercard, telstra refunding first month plan cost, selling samsung watch 6 (redemption bonus) for approx $400, $200 profit of selling my second hand s20 plus …. my s23U 512GB cost me less than $200.

            $760 telstra payment is fully tax deductable
            $1650 samsung Ultra on the depreciation method, approx $800 (1st year), $700 (2nd year) is also tax deductable.

            So add an extra $2200 x 30% = $660 in my pocket over 2 years

            Will def upgrade to S24U 1TB if i manage to repeat steps above

              @easternculture: How does that Telstra cancellation work? T&C's say the gift card must be paid pro-rata depending on how much of the plan you've used. E.g. if you've been on a 2 year plan for only 1 month, you will pay 23/24 of the gift card back.

              Maybe I'm looking at a different offer.

            @ChipsChicky: Well i bought my s20 plus from marketplace for $150 and sold it to cex for $365 8 months later

            I counted it in as people usually trade in phones at point of purchace to buy new phones, in my case i sold mine privately and put profit towards new phone while keeping the initial investment

    Why would a uber driver purposely use a phone with really bad battery life?
    I assume a driver would get one on a business account anyway, so could claim the whole bill on tax.

        sorry mate, there's no actual code, just a link from the Unidays app. I tried to copy the link and open in a new browser window, it asks me to log in to MyUnidays account. So if you have Unidays account, you can just go to the Unidays link on Samsung website and log in.

        Otherwise, as @hanofee pointed out here, probably this deal is better given additional 10% off via app. Only thing good for me was I had a Pixel 7 to dispose.

      That $250 bonus is not counted btw (eventhough you might see the text). The Uber-Blue code overwrite it. Hence many commented above can’t stack (u still can trade-in but no further $250 discount, just ur trade-in value)
