Do you need the vpn for ufo unknown as well?

I though all Russian borderlands 2 came with 2 versions, one you can activate in English from where we are.

  Yes they do but it seems recently the publishers decided to make the game (Borderlands 2) partially region locked by requiring VPN to activate the game. You should still get both the Worldwide version and RU version in your steam account after activation. And no you don't need VPN for XCOM Enemy Unknown.

  yup! it seems with their code OZBOCT12 the 'standard edition' of Guild wars 2 is now the cheapest from them.
