Once Eligible Prime Members become eligible for the offer (for e.g. a new paid Prime member), it may take up to 48 hours for the promotional code to be successfully applied at checkout.       Your account cant be too "unused" as you will be eligible for another compulsory prime trial in that case. There is no way to skip the trial and go straight to a paid membership.

    You should remember this promo credit is for one time use and non refundable. If something goes wrong with your order and there goes the promo credit. You only get refunded the actual amount paid.
