    Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16~CMK32GX4M2E3200C16 was $71 in June. Currently $99.

    • I actually just got that yesterday.

      Corsair 32gb for $99

      Or

Keep my current XPG 16gb 3200mhz (2 sticks) and get the Kingston here for a total 32gb mix and match ram?

(I watch videos and multitask while gaming on 4K so hitting 16gb limits pretty easily atm)

  • This is giving me hope there will be some really good deals on more pc parts going into boxing day.

    • DDR4, C tier Gen 3 NVMe SSD's and B tier ATX 2.4 PSU's

4090's will also be $3.5K by Christmas

Got one of the Crucial kits and avoided buying from Centrecom. Thanks.

  • grabbed some to beef up home server - cheap!

    • Hey out of curiosity, what do you use the home server for? And how does more ram help?

      • +1

        Plex/Jellyfin, NAS, Torrents, a few VM's
Soon to add CCTV once i move house

Need enough ram to run everything smoothly, just have crappy mismatched lower speed stuff in there currently

  • My current modules are 16-20-20, these are 16-18-18, is it ok to mix these?

    • +1

      No

Buy 2 of these and sell off the old kit

      • ah crap - should've bought 2.

          Username does not check out.

        • If you manually set both sticks to run at the slower settings of the two you'll probably be fine. RAM testing has gotten quite robust in the last several years so it's relatively straightforward to see if the new + old sticks together are stable or not. They might even be stable running at the faster of the two if you get a little lucky.

It’s so funny. People buy to resell these. A quick search on Facebook market place and you can immediately tell who bought this because they saw it here and wanted resell and make money…

        Good luck to them

4090's do not pay for themselves

  • Dang it just missed it. Gratz to the night owls.

  • I didnt need it. thanks

  • so mad to be missing this. good post
