Amazon price normally fluctuates between $20 and $40 so seems like a great deal for $9 - might be a good Christmas present for someone full of $H1T

Possibly a clearance item to make way for their 360 version (in case 360 degree reviews at work don't cut it) or a price error as the other colour is four times the price.

      Help is available: 13 11 14

    • I guess it might be based on location, just bought one and mine is expected "tomorrow".

  • Are these any good? I find normal toilet brushes to be a 'shitty' design. 'Stuff' is going to get stuck to those bristles, and then the disgusting water always pools underneath.

You can get the OXO one at Costco for $35 I think it was. It's the best one we've ever used.

At Costco though you get 2 brushes and canisters and 2 extra spare heads.

      • Can you confirm when and where you saw the oxo at Costco? In Laws heading later today to a Sydney store and would love this!

        • I saw it at Bundamba QLD. Maybe last week?

Edit: Should be this. We actually bought a second set when they cleared them last time they had them in stock. Nice to see them bring it back. It really is a lot better than other brushes we have used.

      • Thanks will go with this based on your advice. I don't really understand Costco, you need a membership or something hey?

        • Yeah you do. But you can go with a mate who has a membership. You can also get a gift card from a mate and then you can go by yourself.

          • @ozbs25: Bit off topic, but how do you actually get a membership?

            • @bleeder: You can just go there and sign up and pay. Looks like you can do it online too but I'm not sure if that's the whole process. You may need to go to the warehouse to finish it off?

The brush sucks, don't bother. Look nice though.

I have one, i turn the handle slightly so the little plastic guard doesn't sit 'flush' and it ventilates. I guess that's kinda gross also but it means that there's no water pooling underneath

Bought one, thanks OP. Hopefully the missus likes this design more… Though I get the feeling she's claiming all designs suck as a way to avoid doing any scrubbing ever.

    • Sounds like you need a new Mrs lol

Give it to her with the ironing board cover you got her for christmas

    Cancelled after reading the reviews…

  • Looks sold out now.

I bought two of these in a previous deal. They are really bad

    1) the metal rusted
    2) it is hard to clean the bowl due to its design. It's really awkward to clean with
    3) shit gets stuck to the brushes and it's hard to clean it. You'll be wasting water flushing just to try to clean it

I ended up throwing these out. You will likely fish out your old brush from your bin within days of getting these.

Honestly an overall terrible product. Sometimes simple is best.

Thanks for the info. Order cancelled!

      Thank you, cancelled my order!

Totally agree with this. The old fashion brush is much better at cleaning than this.

My personal experience with this design, the metal on ours hasn't rusted. I found the design useful for cleaning hard to reach spots (the brush end is able to bend). And for poop that gets stuck, I fill our holder with Pine O Clean so that the brush end is soaked to keep it clean and prevents poop sticking to the bristles.

Hate these, the bristles are too hard and scratch my skin.

    • 🤨

    • its meant for cleaning the toilet , not the poop chute

      • Maybe because it’s more rigid design, tried to use it as a poop knife.

  • I didn’t miss anything, as it has bad reviews.

  • +1

This is utter garbage, if anyone is saying it's any good they are lying to you

For those who missed out might I suggest https://amzn.asia/d/e5PKHib

    Good lord

  • The brush is not very effective.

    Looks great through.

  • Poop knife!

  • seems very popular. I guess people are living it up.

what does this do that a normal toilet brush can't?

"durable bristles" then first review picture shows more than half of the bristles have gone flat. 😑

  • I have this, it’s bad, like really really really bad, it brushes cleans nothing. Felt scammed the first time I used it. How they can even sell this should be a crime.

    • is the brush silicone? because it looks like it.
