Steps to get paid:

Terms and conditions for payment:

• Minimum lending of $300K (funds calculated net of offset)
• Referral fee paid within 30 days of settlement of the referred home loan.
• Payment made via prepaid digital VISA card to email connected to referrer.
• $500.00 payable for referral of own home loan provided above criteria met.

  Wouldn't it be better as the borrower to go with one of the larger cashback deals like $2-3k for refinancing? I guess this is ok for new loans

  This isn't a bargain, it's just shifting numbers around (accounting tricks).

  In other words you're making a lot of money from the borrower & just giving a little bit back.

  The tracking part appeals the most tbh. Had referred people to brokers and accountants for a clip and these referrals didn't go anywhere aka disappears into a dark hole.

  Will check it out, lots of expanses incoming so keen to hussle friends and make bank.
