  this is off the basket price, whereas the 25 off is the list price.

      this one (posted by OP) does; whereas the list price coupons don't if the item listed is reduced to a percentage greater than the coupon discount. Wiggle has 2 types of discounts so make sure you know which is which. Generally basket price coupons has smaller discount percentage than list price coupons.
      
      e.g. "List price $100, save 10% = $10, your Wiggle price $90"
      
      Applying a 10% off basket price coupon you pay $90*0.9 = $81
      
      Applying a 20% off list price coupon you pay $100*0.8 = $80
      
      So if an item is marked as "save 25%" and you have a 25% off list price coupon, the discount is $0.

I'm not sure if the description by the OP is accurate.

"This offer applies to in stock run products and cycle apparel only". Does not work on cycling components and the like.
