            @VantageXL: I can confirm split payments with the SB 7-11 cards work. I just did $30 + $10 + $5 to pay $45 for TCN gc.

            Only issue I had was adding 2 of the 7-11 cards to google wallet. Took about 20 mins to add 2 cards. Had to uninstall and reinstall several times before they were accepted. Puts me off the 7-11 gc.

            I don't use 7-11 and this is my first time shopping there and also signing up to 7-11.

            Unfortunately I lost a few thousand Velocity points that had expired in June. Forgot to check and missed the email.

            P.S. 7-11 gc did not work at Woolworths. Did a dummy test. Someone had mentioned the possibility of using it elsewhere

        e.g bought at night and bought in the morning again

    Having issues swapping for eBay GC - I get the error, "Please check your Card Number and try again. Or contact us for assistance." I can check the balance and see that there is $50 on the card though

      Day 1 converting didn't work for me last time Coles had a TCN deal. Registering your card is supposed to fix this.

      If you end up with a ERROR 400, then call TCN and they will email you a direct link to convert without registering.

          Edit: Whoops yes I think it's unique to the card. I just opened up my old link and part of the card number was preloaded on screen.

          Every retailer has a different link as well.

      Had this problem with the ones from Woolies too. You have to register them first on the site, then it will let you swap. Seems to only affect some stores

      No eBay logo but some of them have eBay printed on the back of the packaging. There are some older version that does not show on both side, but I was able to convert to eBay online.

    Just called them as i was getting a 400 error when trying to register. Lady on the line said that if the card has been bought instore, then you have to wait 24 hours before the card activation details are received by them. So looks like i'm stuck till same time tomorrow.

      I've just realised that TCN cards are just incredibly hard to use - online doesn't work, and swap voucher have $20 minimums and are set at particular amounts (e.g. $20, $25, $50, $75 etc), while Ultimate online swap works incredibly easily and you can set any amount you like with cents in it, plus the minimums are only $5.

        It still says in the app valid to 24/12. Anything is possible but I think it’s most likely to be an IT issue with the app just not refreshing the purchase limit today.

    The list of offers in the app probably removes the item (eg TCN card or lollies) that was purchased and then the item will show again after 24 hours.

    I bought TCN card and lollies last night and they have both disappeared from my list. Will wait 24 hours and check again. The TCN ad in the banner at the top is visible.

    The offers haven't expired and people who haven't bought in the last 24 hours can access the offers

      In the past it’s reset at midnight though even if you purchased late in the day. They may have changed it - I lodged a ticket anyway with their support people so I’ll report back what they say.

    These have been shocking for switching over I’ve had errors on 75% of them (I get the 400 error). Seems to make no difference if you try registering or not.

    Thankfully they seem to come good after a day or so as calling TCN seems to be no use (I’ve just sat on hold). I think it’s because they get activated at the till so they have no value if they’re stolen and there seems to be a lag in the system activating them. Might be worth keeping receipts just in case though…
