    Agreed. $599 is closer to the regular price and there has been better deals.

    I can’t see anyone buying the V8 for $999 when there are better models available at that price, so the mark down of 40% is a little dubious.

    Perhaps a normal vacuum would suit you more, like a Miele. The small modular ones are handy for quick run arounds but not a whole house really.
