Four 4K cameras, 1T storage, PoE, share video with other servers, motion detection, for $200.
Why so cheap? Maybe crap, maybe confusion, maybe support will be non-existent/short-lived and workarounds will be required (this is my guess).
Not many reviews for Q-See products for sale on Amazon.
Q-See Aus advertise this QT878-4RQ-1-AU DIY Kt at $900. They say they sell at Mitre 10, but Mitre 10 don't list it.
Q-See US went bust and is coming back. Old tech is not supported. This is not on their new product list.

The impact for Australia is that all QT, QTH, and QH products supplied by Perisale Australia Pty Ltd (t/as Q-See Australia) will continue to be available with support from us for a long time to come.
Presently the only products impacted are the QCW range of indoor bookshelf cameras
