Amazon currently has price dropped this 12th gen i7. Not the lowest it's been but still a good price.

  The i5 12600kf is $259. Only $2 more than the black Friday all time low and $100 cheaper than locally.

  The 11 series are still too high a price. e.g. 11700K $460 and up on Amazon, making this even better value.
