Another Kmart clearance item. Charges by USB-C, and the lighting effect can be disabled. Sound quality is well beyond reasonable for $19. I plan to stuff this in the spare bottle cage on my spin bike.

3 hours playtime, even at 100% volume, seems poor.
I have some wall shaking harmon kadon party bluetooth speakers and three hours at 100% sounds about right. Doubt these will shake any walls though.
12w speaker. Expect the same level of power as half a JBL Flip, with a lack of tuning. Most likely will sound very muddy out of the box, but a lot of these cheap speakers are 3w instead. 12w should give it a little more room to play around with the EQ and get it sounding decent. USB-C speaker too, works perfectly for OPs use of a bicycle speaker.

If you subtract them you end up with zero
Just for reference the logitech x50 is 3W and the x300 is 5w, and I don't feel like I need to upgrade either of those but I did pay almost as much or more for those years ago when I bought them. This should be a half decent deal.
Also at least one version of the JBL flip 5 is 20w
