  This is a great price! I paid 560ish in October using the jbhifi friends and family portal (i think they don’t sell it through there anymore last time i checked). It’s a fantastic camera and if you’re shooting in lowlight it’s worth it over the 3.

    Does this thing overheat and shut down if film while not moving? I got a Singapore trip happening and is thinking just film the busy road for 1 hour on a stand while I am drinking coffee

      I used it as dashcam in the US and it didn't unless plugged in to the charger while recording for prolonged period.

      I used it to film 3 hours in my garden and it was fine. I don’t think it will unless it’s in direct sunlight maybe?

      Was using it in 36c heat for hours, never overheats or shuts down.
