      I took mine off but after discarding them I realised maybe they were meant to stay on.

      Just didn't want melted stuff in my tofu.

    Picked mine up at 6pm today, ordered it 11pm yesterday and got a pickup email at 9am today. Really thought I would get the cancellation email. For $25, my first entry into the Air Fryer world. Thing looks well built and sturdy, was expecting the worst.

      Used to own a Philip one which has a separate basket inside. I find it convenient to put a layer of tinfoil under and around the food, so that you only have to do minimum cleaning afterwards. But this product seems to have different design without a separate basket, and I am wondering could I do the same thing to put a layer of Aluminium Foil (which I suppose is the same as tinfoil?) covering the food so that I don't have to clean it after?

    So just happened to check a nearby Target (at a major Westfield, meaning a fairly busy one), and was surprised to see one of these $25 ones still sitting on the shelf. Pretty dusty so definitely not a return. No $25 tag on shelf which might explain it.

    I'd checked a few hours after this deal was posted and stock checker said the closest stock was 300km away. Yet 2 days later still found one.

    I guess moral of the story is don't trust the stock checker and its probably worth checking your local anyway.

        Same here. Mine failed to be delivered because I wasn't home. They left a card at my garage door then took it to a local newsagent (Couriers Please drop off point). I'll grab it tomorrow.

    This air fryer is pretty good. Easy enough to clean and cooks well if you turn the food over half way through. It's pretty quiet too.
