That's weird because i bought inside on my browser yesterday and turned on my switch today and there it was.
It's been a while since I did this, but if you have a switch-owning friend that you can trust, you can ask them to login to your account on their switch, make the purchase for you, then unlink when you eventually get your own switch (IIRC switch game purchases require you to login on a switch at least once)

Reviews of these on switch are universally terrible.
The games are boarderline impossible to play on the Switch as you can’t control the throttle or braking pressure. It’s just all or nothing as the switches buttons are just 100% or 0%… control of the pressure is critical to driving rally games!

I wonder if the game is designed for best use with the Switch Pro controller?. Well these rally car games are meant for use with gamepads as it has pressure sensitive triggers. So it's probably better playing the games at home on the TV with the game controller.
