        no they are in the sydney amazon warehouse,ordered one on monday night,got it tuesday.

        it has better sustained writes than the samsung,does get hot tho..but we talking 5c hotter than a 980 pro while writing,no throttling.

        the samsung would be a good get if u could get it now,but it's a 2 month wait the sk hynix is in stock

        and 2 percent of performance of the 990

          Seems the Hynix P41 doesn't support bitlocker hardware encryption if that matters to anyone.

            @TheContact: It supports software encryption, just not hardware one. I'd avoid hardware encryption, less reliable. Software is solid security wise, it still uses hardware TPM for secrets.

            Edit: P41 actually does support HW Bitlocker, you have to modify the cipher strength in group policy of local drive to AES-256, from the default 128 (from reddit).

              @[Deactivated]: Is hardware encryption easier to work with than it had been previously? I remember people really struggling to enable it (and disable it if no longer needed) a few years back. Got scared away and settled for software Bitlocker.

      no heatsinks, but most motherboards provide metal cover that somewhat dissipate heat.
