      They're made in North Korea?

    • I couldn't find anything on Rocket batteries exploding. I've only ever had one battery explode.

    Are these any good?

    I think the Varta 30 pack for $11 at bunnings may be a better option. I go through thousands of AA batteries a year for work and the varta ones seem to have comparable performance to energiser or Duracell.

  • there was South Korean brand called rocket both on car batteries and alkalines but alkaline side company went bankrupt a decade ago.
    So this one is just chinese brand borrowing name from it FYI
