I got the CarLinkKit 3.0 and it works well. Sometimes takes slightly longer to connect for some reason than normal (20-30s) however I am happy with it and would purchase again. I am using it with an Atoto Android Head Unit
I've tried three different ones now. All the same outcome, it's crap IMO. Unreliable, slow actions and just crap to use. 1:3 times won't connect at startup. Takes 2-4 seconds to change a track on Spotify or Apple Music. Speech to text unusable due to delay. EVen calls were bad.
Why are you commenting if you haven't used this particular device?
I use it in a Mazda and a Skoda, and it works great. The only thing I've noticed is that my phone battery drains quickly, but that may be the case with wireless car sharing in general, I can't be sure.

I have this one to connect to iPhone and pretty happy with it. As cvas’s comments it might take slightly longer to connect sometimes if you don’t mind.
Exactly why I got an Ottocast instead. It’s not perfect but it’s been good enough.

Have a 5.0. Initially worked OK but I have an Android phone and wife has an iPhone. Randomly chose which to connect to (not always most recently connected) and not easy to switch.
