    How do their shoe sizes compare? I'm used to converting US to UK but they seem to list shoes in Australian sizes.

      I had the same question. so wrote an email to their customer service. they came back very quickly…. sorry can't remember whether they said au size was uk or us.

          in my experience the sizing is slighly different. for example size 9 normally fits perfect with a bit of room in AUS, from their site it feels slightly smaller, close to being too small. could be just a brand thing but?

    Ship it to overpriced Australia via Borderlinx. Standard budget shipping takes less than 4 days and from extensive experience is the cheapest - cheaper than Viaadress, cheaper than Shipitto, cheaper than MyUS. I can't wait until retail collapses here and everything moves online. Finally the prices will equalise.

    Keep in mind that there are lots of cheaper stuff in the non-sale section. You can't see them if you're just looking at clearance items. The 15% discount applies to everything.

        I'm also getting the same message as well, and yes, the currency was in GBP. Does it make any difference what currency you buy in?

          Hmm. When I first tried the code it asked me to change the currency to GBP and then it worked. I tried it again today, and it didn't work.

          Then I created a new account for the GF and the code worked fine.

    Hi guys - every time I enter the code it tells me that it is expired. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it actually expired? Because the home page still promotes the discount

    Edit: just saw the question posted above. I've also tried changing the currency and site (UK, AUS) with no luck :(
