  I had a pair of W King D8s (1 arrived DOA and Amazon refunded me) before recently upgrading to a pair of Motion Boom Plus’.

  The defective unit crackled at any volume above 40% so I never truly got to test them in a stereo pair but I’m sure they would’ve pumped with decent SQ.

  The D8 at the time was awesome bang for buck and a very robust unit, it got trashed on site for many years and still operates fine it’s just covered in crap and looking a bit ragged.

  I wonder if their more recent products are just as good.

    they are getting better. their recent X10 and upcoming X20 models are trying to undercut the JBL Xtreme 3 and Boombox 3 models.
