Train To Busan on 4k complete with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

Ordered mine a few weeks ago and have tested the regular blu-ray which, according to my test, will work on Australian players. Most of the Well Go USA stuff seems to be region-free. All 4 of my American blu-rays from them work without any region issues.

This standard blu ray also features a DTS-X audio track not present on the Australian release (I have that as well and it only features a 5.1 DTSHD track)

        • Excellent!

    • Starship Troopers 4K steelbook also eligible, $46.06 before the 12%. Wish there were better local options but I guess JB can only carry so many for their '2 for $40 plus 30% off' deals

    I still can't believe I haven't seen this movie.

Available free to watch on Amazon prime video. I'll check it out, thanks op, if it's worth a buy I'll snag it.

    • Even if don't like the movie it will turn you into a Gong Yoo fan.

I became more of a Ma Dong-Seok fan after the film. My friends were referring to him as "Korean Hulk" while we were watching it which I found hilarious.

Human nature is more scary than the zombies

This is true, and what lies at the core of most good zombie stories. The last of us, the walking dead etc.

There is a sequel that isnt good, $7

      • +1

the sequel totally sucks and was made as a money grab.

      • This is very sad to hear, ever since I saw the trailer, I've been thinking to watch that…

And I still will haha, normal rules of, "good cinema" do not apply re: Zombie stuff imho.

        "Urgh, ahhg"

        • Like 30% of the movie is poor CGI car chases

      • +1

The sequel (Peninsula) was a pretty standard zombie action flick, if you enjoy those and wanted to see more of the world.

So Amazon AU has removed all blurays? Nothing shows up anymore. Why would they do that :(

    • +3

Yeah I noticed this a few weeks ago. Very odd. Not entirely surprising, yet still disappointing. Local movie market is rapidly drying up. Apparently physical media is having a slight resurgence abroad, we're just a bit behind the curve

There's a bunch of 1080p blu-rays but only a few 4K blu-rays on Amazon AU. I have no idea what's going on with the 4K selection.

  • Oh hell yeah. Such a good movie, would be an excellent 4K 👌

Sequel confirmed - Train to Pakenham/Cranbourne

  • Cool the return of the living dead ultra hd blu-ray counts for the 2 for 12% off :D
