    I think it's very likely I'll be going for a variation of this phone in the future once my Galaxy s2 is out of contract. Just the sheer niceness of the screen size outweighs (for me anyway) the bulk with respect to carrying it around.

      I have the original notes and the size isn't a problem at all. you will simply love it and won't go anything smaller going forward. The only thing I am not sure about is the 4g accessibility. it doesn't appear one could get it automatically. Optus is selling 4g specific SIM and the plan isn't cheap (expensive IMO). And if that's the only way to get 4G, it makes more sense to go for the Telco issued handset?

        Telstra do not require a 4G sim or plan. You can get 4G on your current plan providing you have a capable handset. Seems Optus are just out to squeeze money out of their customers.

        I was slightly worried that the size if the original Note would annoy me but it just doesn't - at all. I can imagine that it's probably not appropriate for females (due to their clothing rarely having large enough pockets - or pockets at all) but it fits fine in all of the clothes I own. Every other phone now just feels like a toy to me. I really just love my Note haha

    sweet just preordered mine. Used the 28 Degrees Mastercard with price protection so if it gets cheaper in the next 6 months I will claim it back as a rebate :)

      how? you are referring to a base note 2, this one is 4G N7105
