  Last time I bought a Knipex product from Amazon Germany for a good price, the item never showed up. Is this fairly common?

      Yeah, it had tracking and said it entered Australia and then went back to Germany and then just never changed after that. Amazon refunded the item, but it was just annoying that the item was cheap when I bought it and they wouldn't just send another one so I have to wait until the next time it goes on sale and hope it is as good a price as I got originally.
