Seems to be a generic corporate coupon that is getting passed around at the moment.

A few people in the comments on the last page are being asked for proof of employment at the businesses that are associated with this deal. In the link below, scroll up and you can see all those businesses. If you can figure out how to convince AF you work at one of those businesses, you should be able to start a discounted membership.

  • Go to https://www.anytimefitness.com.au/corporate-membership/#part…
  • Select your local gym; if listed
  • If you are actually going to sign up, enter your real contact info. If you are just checking prices, enter bogus contact information otherwise they will start the marketing calls/emails. Continue.
  • Enter the GOLD22 code and whatever the weekly fee is for that gym will be reduced to $15.16 per week for a year long contract.

Not the greatest price in the world, but cheaper than if you were going to just sign up normally.

$0 joining fee but keep in mind the $79 fob you need to buy is non-refundable. I've been told you can use it again and avoid the charge if you stop your membership and then sign up again later.

    Update on this one - wife tried the code and signed up online. Went in to grab the FOB and no questions were asked about corporate status. I imagine it's about diligence from whoever's sitting at the desk on a given day.

    They charge anyone off the street $15.95 pw for a 1 year contract, with a $99 joining fee including fob, and you can access any gym, so this doesn't seem to be such a great deal.

          don't need to wait one month before you can use it elsewhere. You can sign up to suburb one then go wherever immediately. But honestly as long as the branch is small even in cbd will work. Do online sign up then pick up the key. Go to other gym you like and you can use your new gym key.

      I have managed to get the deal at Forest Hill. Pricing is done by area, Glen Waverley is considered a large branch and a rich area therefore staff are unwilling to price down below a certain threshold ~$20 per week as per manager instructions. Register online through the website and go to a small branch where they have no checks and don't mind and you'll be able to receive the discount.

      Then use the gym key at any anytime fitness branch.

    So most of them have got the key without being asked for the employment proof..just depends on your luck or gym locations.
    I'm about to get it in next 10 days..Will update soon.

    This post is extremely helpful. Gotten key and membership. Advice is even though large gym branches are available on the website, do NOT pick any large branches of anytime fitness. This is because anytime fitness pricing works by suburb. If the suburb is considered rich, they will price up their memberships and will be unwilling to price down as per manager instructions. They will refuse to honour deals if the standard pricing for the suburb is high and ask for more proof and evidence. Do the online registration with the corporate deal as listed in the above post for a small branch of anytime fitness, then go in to pick up the gym key for no hassle. Then you can use the gym key at any anytime fitness.

    Would advise if you can go to another gym, please do as Anytime Fitness is way overpriced compared to other gyms even with this discount ~$788.62 per year + $80 gym key, for example Derrimut is $279 per year. But if you have no choice and it's your closest then this corporate deal is probably your best option.
