Cuisinart - Pod Coffee Maker 2 Cup $30 - Victoria's Basement

70

First time poster, bring it.

Victoria's basement are selling these 2 cup pod coffee machines for $30 (RRP$100).

Not the greatest coffee machine according to some reviews, but at $30 why use a plunger or drink mud water (aka instant coffee)? It can also make two cups at a time!

Seems to be compatible with a fair few pods too http://www.coffeewiz.com/about/compatibility.aspx

Features:

  • Brews two cups at a time
  • Compatible with most standard paper coffee pods
  • Compact design
  • Easy pour lid
  • Auto Shut-off

Includes:

  • Limited 1-year Warranty.

  • aw it doesnt say it takes nespresso pods. but then again, cant wish for too much from $30

    • it uses senseo type pods, ie the round paper tea bag ones.

  • I always wondering will there be very big difference if using cheap pod machine than expensive one if both use original Nespresso pod?

  • They were demonstrating the Dolce Gusto (I think it was a Delonghi machine) at my Coles (cost $119) this weekend. I had a cappuchino and it was very nice, and very hot. I'm seriously considering it. see the other post for more discussion on it.

    • They were also demonstrating it at DJs today although the cheapest one was $200. Good coffee and quite a good range. If I hadn't of just brought the aldi one I would have brought it

  • There are permanent refillable pods available on ebay, but some reviews say they don't fit into this machine.

  • I can't find the pods for this machine, anyone have any suggestions?
Only a bargain if I can find pods for it.
