When is my Village Roadshow Locals One Pass / One Pass Lite valid from?

      You are an absolute legend! I haven't been to Dreamworld in about 20yrs but am planning a trip next week. Am sharing this to the crew!!! (really hoping the website takes a breath though)

      Oh you can literally only get one discounted ticket per order, not even a pair. Everyone needs to buy individually I guess.

    Managed to get only one. After that, the card gets charged, but then the website returns an error page and can't download any voucher. Now I need to contact their support :(.

        I called them, and they said that the payment went through. They will send a voucher to my email as soon as they can access their system.

      If it’s been pending since 3pm this arvo and no confirmation email I’d say it hasn’t gone through. Confirmation emails were received within minutes for me.

        Last year, I had a local pass. Even the kids' rides had long waiting lines back then, not in school holiday or weekend, just normal weekdays. SeaWorld is much better, but for me, it's too far away – it requires a double-time drive

    For anyone who are interested in Australian Outback Spectacular Heartland Dinner and Show, and if to purchase more than one ticket with multiple transactions (so that can have multiple discounts) and want your family or friends to sit together. By default, system will auto allocate seats when purchasing and unlikely you all will be sitting together with multiple transactions.

    What requires so that you all can sit together:
    1) You will have to purchase all tickets under the same name.
    2) Ring the Village roadshow support 133386 > 3, provide all your order numbers, request them to change the seats to sit together.
    3) They will send another confirmation email that have the updated seat numbers.

    Yes i just did this and it worked.
