    They had a pricing error like this yesterday and I jumped on it. Today I was called up and told it was an IT error and I'd be refunded and the order cancelled.

      I have a few orders from Pitt St store too on backorder as stock is coming over the weekend and generous staff didn’t want to cancel the orders. They rang me this morning as well as Mt Druitt store (total 18 pending stock). Collected my orders from Wynyard and George St store this morning (total 10). A few other orders from other stores straight up cancelled no phone call.

        I complained that my order was cancelled after i recieced order ready for collection. I was already half way to the store . In the email they said i requested the order cancellation which is deceptive conduct under ACL . Anyway wrote them a long email and they offered a gift as good will.
