Hi, What it has do with deal posted today! we sell internationally as well & sometimes goods get delayed as they stuck with customs for weeks & which is beyond our control & we get negative feedback, A candle breaks during transportation, which is again beyond our control & we send customer free replacements, Also I agree there is lack of communication at our end sometimes causes negative feedback, however we do everything possible to resolve any issues.
Price we have given for today's deal is cheapest one. However, your above comments are irrelevant!

Unfortunately this item was not available. A little disappointing. I think it's becoming too often on Ebay, that money is taken and items are not available. A week or more, before being notified, of the unavailable item
