Origin energy are trash and liars.
When I tried to move away from them, they said they tried to read my gas meter and were unable sou were holding my move over to Momentum.
Elec was easy to do but they tried to hold me up which took around a month to move over.
Momentum were the ones that notified me of the non transfer, so if you want a hassle free Utilities company, stay away from this mob.
When I ring Momentum, I get Australians in Australia, not some voip delay of who knows what country speaking to you about something they know very little about.

  • I just left origin to join Simply Energy but might move back if this is still active

I've done such round :) - joined origin, moved to simply then switched back to origin
actually this offer (with bonus 5000 everyday rewards points) is in my origin account, don't need to go through 3rd party.

      some frustrating:
origin didn't charge disconnect fee but final read was estimated and higher than expected, though confirmed with Simply the number is correct.
Simply only sent first month bill which in credit. then no bills in 3 months even asked. I'm a bit scared to see large amount bill later :(

  • Government rebate just follows along? Wouldn’t want to miss my $137.50

    • Yes it does follow along doesn't matter which supplier you are with

  • Is still still valid? Can someone who is a member please confirm?
Would be good for just 10 days..

    E/ Yes still live!!
