Usually buy Hydralyte but thought might give this a go cos it’s on sale - Lvl Up Everyday Hydration Sticks Mixed Berry 30 Pack $19.99 save $5

That is some expensive sugar and table salt

Ingredients PER 6 GRAM SACHET

GLUCOSE MONOHYDRATE 3.54 g …………(aka Sugar)
CITRIC ACID 1.07 g
SODIUM FROM SODIUM CHLORIDE 251.8 mg ………….(aka Table Salt)
POTASSIUM FROM POTASSIUM CITRATE 32.33 mg

So for 30 Sachets you have a total of around 100g of Sugar and 7.5g of salt (plus 0.9g of POTASSIUM CITRATE ). Sounds like a Bargain for 20 bucks

I bought a pack of these when they first came out.

Very sweet. I wouldn't buy them again. Depending on what Chemist Warehouse store I'm in I buy hydralite or Voost. Not a massive price difference and much nicer to drink.
