What will stop me getting my cashback?

      I pondered the same thing, it says this

      Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.

    Ordered $31 food, delivery and service charges made it $37. Only tracked $12, probably excludes delivery, service and GST. Can anyone explain why only $12 got tracked- or do I need to contact topcashback team?

      Same here, food is $39.90 before delivery and service charges but only tracked for $32. Created a ticket. Menulog is not the most straight forward company. On a second thought, maybe that is how much Menulog pays the restaurants?

    same sh** here - ordered $40 + delivery. Tracked $32.40 … cashback $16.20.

    Really erodes confidence in their platform when they can't get this stuff right. Also there's no reason the delivery and service fees should be excluded from the total.

    The tracked amount for cashback seems to be a consistent 81% of the food cost. Usually it would be 91% (just excluding GST). They should really put that information on the cashback page if possible.

    Worked out to be 30%, so it’s the same price I would have paid if I’d walked to the shop. Really just free delivery in the end, redeemable a few months in the future… Not going to bother with TopCashback in the future.
