You also can't find it on the app store either. There is Street Fighter Duel - Idle RPG by Crunchyroll Games however I don't think that is what OP was mentioning

I have to disagree. I'm FTP (naturally as a OZB!), but am still in the top 5% tier of players and in the second highest guild in the game. They have some pricey options, but you can completely ignore spending any money and still do really well if you play intelligently.
