Yikes. The fact that the rep didn't respond/address any of the comments/concerns makes it so much worse.
Had a similar experience but I'd called up to ensure they had it in stock, confirmed the price, asked them to put it aside and when I got to the store a few hours later they told me the price had increased.
Vowed never to buy from them again

Gamerholic are usually the cheapest Board Game retailer in Aus, and I've successfully ordered from them several times. However, there are heaps of reports about bad experiences, orders never received, poor support, etc.

Gamerholic is the puts. Terrible support and fail to deliver. Anything you buy from them, consider it a lottery ticket on whether you’ll get it or not. Surprised they’re still allowed to post here.

As above avoid this company
Gamerholic has often been caught out in the past for trying to sell games they don't even have in stock. This happened to me on their eBay store. Took them ages to send out what I ordered before they admitted they were still waiting for stock to arrive despite the listing being 'in stock'. I cancelled my order, left negative feedback, and then they held my money ransom until I changed my review. Had to go through eBay support who were shocked at the behaviour. Gamerholic are a bunch of numpties.

Bait and switch retailer.
Had an order with them, and they cancelled it due to "no stock". Less than 24 hours later same item for sale at double the price.
My theory is they do it to draw traffic to their website, in the hopes people will see their range and come back.
NOPE! Not going back.
Tried buying from this mob in the past, and had my order cancelled because they wanted to raise the price they were selling the product at.
