      Was this partially hydolzed or fully hydolzed? Fully hydolzed is usually more expensive and Dymatize ISO-100 is on the same level as an ASN HP-100.

    What does 30 grams of hydrolysed protein post workout do better when compared to consuming normal 10Grams of whey pre and 20 grams post workout?

      Well some people can't handle Whey blends too close to workouts. I've head of some throwing up drinking plain water before a heavy leg workout.

        In my 15+ years of weight training, i have never encountered this phenomena.

        Thats probably 1 in 100000 lifters

          Takes about 15 minutes to clear the stomach of liquids. So the safest option is to take liquids about 20mins before training.

            @Ig: Honesty not sure what your smoking but you need fluid while you train to stay hydrated.

              @easternculture: I'm referring to the OPs question on drink plain Whey blend prior to workout. Plus I never said don't drink during the workout but if you do you sip the intraworkout to have it clear the stomach faster. Otherwise you may end up spewing like these folks

      That is because as of today there is still 117 days left. Short will be technically classified as 76 days out, being 76 serves and assuming if you only have it once a day (its common people will have this twice a day). Online delivery may be between 3-14 days depending on location. Next time we will have to include these calculations in the description.

      And as of writing there is only 1x 5lb tub left.

      Are you sure about that? When you select Fruity Pebbles, which is the flavour we are selling, the price jumps to $184.99. Only Chocolate Peanut Butter is $147.11 which would imply it is going short. But Amazon doesn't seem to quote the expiry date.

      As of today our 1 tub left with 76 serves has 115 days until expiry.
