    from my exp, just buy gift card in store is eligible though terms may say not.
    eg. CW 70-15 (be advised CW GC is in-store use only)

      Debit card accounts are all closed and you would have got a new NAB card (provided all details are correct). Credit Cards still under Citi and they works. But this Cashback thing didnt work in the app when I tried

      No dice. Trying to chase up with them then told 14 days need to pass. (happened a lot quicker than that in the past)

    "My Cashback" still keeps spinning forever (both Android and iPhone) - reached out to support for both myself and my partner.
    First response was to try re-installing the app, when you say you did that, they comment they are aware of the issue.
    Is this a generic problem?

          it worked ok for the first time in a while a few days ago on my iphone, but now back to endless spinning
