    10 yr warranty is just a gimmick. Doubt this brand will exist. These chairs have issues in two to three years

    • So the ANSI/BIFMA X5 and Greenguard certification are just gimmicks too? They are tested on more expensive furniture, for example the Konfurb Sense at Officeworks for $529.




      • Can you share the actual copies of the certifications? I am sure there is no way to check the authenticity of these certificates. Secondly, do these certification organisations test these chairs for ten years? Do they?

        • OK, fair enough, your point is well taken. Do you have any advice on how to find a better-quality chair at a similar price point, or a brand that is reputable?

          • @Monad: I am as confused as you are. OzB's faves are Herman Miller, but they don't suit everyone's budget. Probably, I would say the chair you've posted is good enough for a year or two (with daily use), after which these chairs start to wear off. Also, 239$ is a good way to offset against tax

      Yep that alone is enough to not buy from them, no one should be supporting companies with that mentality of customer service
