There's 1 or 2.
While there are probably a couple over the course of the game, it's a long way from a Five Nights at Freddie's style game where you're in fear of jump scares. Most of the horror isn't rooted in short-term fear.

If I'm honest, I found this game very boring to play, but far more entertaining to watch play throughs of (I recommend Jessie Cox and Dodger).
