"The fruit here was sourced from near the town of Auburn in the Clare Valley, 100% fermentation in stainless-steel, as one would expect. A very pale yellow hue, the nose is a mix with hints of citrus, limes, minerals, riverstones, and florals. An attractive, easy-drinking style. Relatively simple but delicious drinking. There is a nice line of acidity. Hints of grapefruit on the palate. The finish lingers well. Enjoy now and for the next five years."

Clare Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

"Lush, with milk chocolate, espresso and maraschino cherry flavors at the core, plus grace notes of palo santo, loamy fresh earth, herbs and white pepper. Reveals supple, polished tannins, with a long, lingering finish."

        I'm sure there's a little tongue in cheek commentary here but for the avoidnace of doubt "Vegan. Screwcap" tries to convey in as few words as possible the wines are vegan and sealed under screwcap (as opposed to cork).

      Hi @pork chop. Yes, two completely different wines, though similar standard - Clare Valley, marginally better quality IMHO.

    Oooo…. Rizza. Some whould say the greatest grape of all. And they would be right.

    Same vintage / bottling as the deal from 12 months ago Richard? I should have 6 under the staris still.

    Wouldn't say no to more. Esp with a CV Cab.

    A wine I was looking at but couldn't pull the triggers as I would always be thinking about CV Rizza instead.

    This seems best if both worlds.

    I just talked myself into it.

      @Miso Howdy! Yes, stuck the last 15 bottles of the 2021 vintage away in our personal cellar before the team sold them all! Not making the same mistake with the glorious 2022. No 2023 vintage and hopeful for 2024 despite frosts in Clare this year. Enjoy! RD :-)
